In this workshop we will use mindful movement such as taiji walking to explore the well-being aspects of labyrinth walking.
Margaret Ker will introduce you to the history of the labyrinth, an ancient universal symbol, and discover how walking the path offers a unique space to slow down, to still the mind and find time in this fast paced world for inner reflection and rejuvenation.
