Ardrishaig Retreat Day

Following another well-received day at Ardrishaig with Diane Oliver of Woodland Elements and Heather Craig of Inner-Earth Therapies we’re planning to join forces again on Sunday 8th November.
In the morning, we’ll learn Ba Duan Jin https://westcoastwuji.co.uk/wp-admin/post.php?post=18&action=edit an ancient general self-care qigong routine. Following an optional lunch at Lucy’s, Diane will offer a beautiful Dru Yoga session and Heather will treat us to a relaxing sound bath, leaving you energised and balanced.
