Amanda Scott

Though Argyll born and bred, Amanda Scott’s ongoing and lifelong journey exploring wellbeing has given her wide and varied travel, experience and knowledge, along the way picking up a degree in Complementary medicine, time as a Nurse, qualifications in many healing modalities and holistic approaches and more recently (2020), a Masters degree in Studies In Mindfulness from The University of Aberdeen.
She has undertaken the equivalent of months of Mindfulness retreats and teachings, and is herself trained to teach having undergone The Mindfulness Association teacher training programme.
Her practice approach, underpinned by rigorous evidenced based research, can be summed up in a simple way : learning to have a peaceful and compassionate relationship with oneself benefits the self and others in a profound and lasting way.
